Registration is limited to 300 riders. A smaller sized ride offers you greater personal attention.
The fees for each route are listed below. In past years, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, which covered all the costs of the event, EVERY PENNY of your registration fees were paid out directly to the homeless services we are supporting. We anticipate that we will be able to continue this trend in 2020.
After you register, you will have an opportunity to raise additional funds for homeless services by enlisting support from your family and friends. Fundraising is certainly not required, so please know that we are thrilled to simply have you join us for the ride and feast. But should you take up the added challenge of fundraising, we’d like to offer you a couple incentives!
Raise $250 or more, and receive a FREE Incarnation 100 jersey! You can also order jerseys directly by clicking HERE.
Raise $450 or more, and in addition to the jersey, you’ll receive an exclusively etched bottle of 2016 Pinot Noir. Limited to the first 20 riders to raise $450 or more, this Sonoma County pinot, which scored 91 points with Robert Parker, was made by Greg LaFollette and Ancient Oak Cellars. The Incarnation100 logo is deeply etched and hand-painted by Bergin Glass in Napa.
Online registration closes at 8 p.m. on Thursday June 11th. Registration can be done in person at either the Friday Packet Pick-up (4-7 p.m.) or the morning of June 13th as early as 6 a.m.
Your registration fee will include rest stops, and the best after-ride meal in Sonoma County!
