We are gladly accepting donations to the Incarnation 100! All donations are tax deductible, and benefit three different homeless service organizations, which are:
- Sunday Open Table: We feed the street community a warm, nutritious breakfast every Sunday morning, and also give them a bag lunch to go. No other organization was serving a meal between Saturday night and Sunday night. But now, thanks to Sunday Open Table, the homeless do not need to wait 24 hours between meals.
- The Living Room: All of the nighttime shelters close during the day, and homeless women and children had no place to go until the shelters opened back up. About 25 years ago we formed The Living Room, Sonoma County’s only daytime shelter for homeless women and children, providing them with a safe place to go. They can also receive child care classes, skills training classes, get connected with other governmental and non-governmental programs and services, get fed, and so much more! The Living Room’s long tenure is a testament to its effectiveness at helping women turn their lives around for the better.
- St. Andrew’s Food Kitchen: The only food kitchen in the neglected far west part of Sonoma County. Many residents are elderly or disabled, on very small fixed incomes, and run out of money to buy food. We provide them with a weekly bag of groceries, and a hot dinner twice a month.
